I booked two rooms to celebrate an anniversary a couple on months in advance. Before booking, I called the hotel to ask questions as I always do to assure that all the questions I had and what I was paying for were correct.
When checking in, they said they did not have any of the type of room that I agreed to and it was first come, first server. We were there at 9am!
The front check-in clerk was very rude and did not care, Should be in a different position for sure
We got stuck with a room with no view and it really set our vacation off to a terrible start.
Contacted the hotel days ago and no reply.
We visit Vegas at least 10 times a year and this was the worst one yet
Preferred solution: Credit to try again and get the correct room

I was told I was charged a $50 refundable deposit along with $50 for an unpaid previous balance which is not the case I looked up my receipt for the second night and it was paid in full please remit me the $100 and $0.96 that you overcharged me.tganks

A slight delay in checking in even though we were with the tour group and then was charged an extra $50 when I left I'm now trying to get that back

What a crap hole this place is , long check in lines with 2 people working , broke elevators with no stairs to use, will try to tell everyone i can to avoid the las vegas property . I have been going to vegas last 30 years stayed multiple places this is the worst . Waste of money and time for sure ..

My wife and I was playing a slot machine for about 20 minutes, and since they don't have cocktails service for the slot player I got up to go get a drink and left my money on the machine with my wife playing machine next to the one I was playing, and a drunk person comes and take my money out of the machine disrespecting my wife.
It took me no more than 3 minutes when I came back the drunk person was playing with the machine I called for service they came and with no explanation, they told me to leave the casino this happened just because I was Latino they are racist and treat Latinos like *** don't deserve our business.

the sliding door access to the balcony is broken: total opening (prohibited according to your legislation) and door does not close therefore causing noise pollution.

Thanking you in advance. We have a Horseshoe casino here in LAKE CHARLES, LA. and I went there to see if they would reimburse me and they said I would have to deal with Horseshoe in Las Vegas, where we played.
I would think that as long as it is one of your own that I could get my money from the cashout voucher. Have not heard from any one.
